Step cooking
- We clear the cucumber from the peel using a vegetable peeler, cut into half rings and place in a deep bowl in which we will mix the ingredients.
- We wash lettuce leaves under running water and remove excess moisture with a paper towel. Hands tear the leaves into several parts and send to the cucumber.
- We wash the celery stalk under running water. Remove moisture with a paper towel. With a peeler, slightly remove the outer part of the stem - this will release the juice and enrich the salad with moisture and an unusual taste. Cut celery into rings and transfer to a deep bowl in which we will mix the salad.
- Wash sweet peppers under running water. 1/4 of the whole pepper is cut into strips and sent to the previous ingredients.
- All ingredients in a deep bowl are mixed well.
- Cooking salad dressing. In a deep bowl, mix 1 tbsp. l wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. l narsharaba, 2 tbsp. l olive oil, 1 tsp without a hill of sugar and 1/2 tsp. without a hill of salt. All the ingredients of the sauce are mixed well with a fork or spoon.
- We divide the salad into 2 parts and put it in portioned plates. Above the salad, water abundantly with the cooked dressing.
Such a salad will be an excellent side dish for meat, fish and other complex dishes. Celery stalks stimulate the gastrointestinal tract due to its unique properties, thereby helping the meat to be absorbed in the body.
