Ingredients
Name | amount |
Green beans | 500 g |
Butter | 50 g |
Sunflower oil | 1 tbsp. l |
Garlic | taste |
Chili pepper | taste |
Lemon juice | 1/2 lemon |
Salt | taste |
Step cooking
- We put a pot of water on the stove to boil. Next, put 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil in boiling water and put green beans for exactly 40 seconds. Sunflower oil is necessary in order to create a film on the surface of the water, and thus, it boils faster.
- It is worth remembering that asparagus beans and just asparagus are absolutely two different products! Do not confuse them! After 40 seconds, drain the hot water through a strainer and transfer the beans to a glass container.
- We take the garlic and cut it into thin slices with a knife. Take as much garlic as you like.
- We will also need chili peppers just a little bit, 4-5 thin slices. Give preference to dry chili pepper, with it the dish is much tastier.
- Meanwhile, we heat the pan on the stove and put 50 grams of melted butter in it.
- When the oil has completely melted, pour the green beans into the pan and mix everything thoroughly. Add garlic, chili pepper and fry over high heat for about 1 minute, not more so as not to cook. This is perhaps the most important rule in the preparation of asparagus beans.
- We shift the finished dish into a deep plate and balance the taste with fresh lemon. To do this, cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half of the lemon directly into the plate.
- An asparagus bean with chili pepper and lemon is ready. Enjoy your meal!
