Step cooking
- Put about 250 g of dried soy asparagus in a deep bowl. In a teapot, we heat 400-500 ml of water and pour asparagus with boiling liquid. On average, it needs to be soaked for at least 3 hours, but if there is no time during the day, pour asparagus before bedtime and let it insist all night.
- After the dried asparagus has stood in water for several hours, we take it out, and we do not squeeze out the liquid. Asparagus should always be in the water, otherwise it will become stiff.
- If you come across long pieces, then for convenience it is recommended to cut them in half or 3 parts with kitchen scissors.
- Shred the dried asparagus in a deep plate and add 1-2 tbsp to add acidity. l rice 3% vinegar. Mix everything well so that the vinegar is evenly distributed. Salt the asparagus to taste and remix. It is most convenient to do this with a tablespoon. After mixing, try the product on salt and salt if necessary.
- Pour in asparagus 1 tbsp. l olive oil. If you did not find such a product in the kitchen, then replace it with any other vegetable oil in the same amount. It is only important if you choose sunflower, that it was odorless. Mix everything with a tablespoon or two forks.
- Asparagus according to this recipe turns out to be quite soft and moderately salty, while there is a slight sourness. At the same time, there are no different spices, soy sauce and other similar ingredients in the dish. If desired, 1-2 cloves of garlic can be passed through the press and added to soy asparagus. Thus, a slight pungency will be present, which will add spice to the finished dish. You can diversify the taste of soy dry asparagus by adding chopped carrots and / or chopped champignon mushrooms. Such a dish can be served independently or to any side dish. Also, a similar appetizer is suitable for any table, moreover, it is just preparing.
