- Ripe tomatoes (1 kg) are rubbed on a coarse grater: cut each fruit in half and rub so that the skin remains in the hands (we throw it away). We need only fresh tomato puree. You can also grind vegetables in a blender, after peeling them from the peel. In such a dish, fresh tomatoes used in the sauce best emphasize the taste. But they can be easily replaced with canned tomato paste or juice.
- We heat a thick-walled pan and pour two tablespoons of olive oil on it. The resulting tomato juice is poured into a preheated pan.
- Grind two medium-sized cloves of garlic. It is necessary that the pieces are small and well distributed throughout the mass. Add chopped garlic to the tomato.
- Salt, toss some leaves of fresh basil, after chopping it. We also add one tablespoon of tomato paste to the pan.
- Stir the ingredients thoroughly and simmer over low heat. It is necessary to stir the sauce from time to time so that it is evenly stewed, and all the ingredients give the dish its taste and aroma. Stew for 10 minutes.
Spaghetti preparation
- Throw 300 g of raw pasta into boiling and salted water, mix. Give preference to producers who use pasta to cook durum wheat flour. It is more useful and sounds pleasant in such a dish.
- In a separate pan, melt two tablespoons of butter over low heat.
- Pour spaghetti cooked until half cooked to the melted butter, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
