Step cooking
- Pour 1.5 liters of water into a wide pot and put on a large fire. After boiling, add water to taste and place 400 g of spaghetti in a pan. Cook spaghetti until cooked for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour 5 tbsp into a heated pan. l olive oil and 10 tbsp. l water in which spaghetti was cooked.
- We mix water and oil in a pan and add 100 g of grated hard-salty cheese grated on a fine grater and black ground pepper to taste. The quality and taste of cheese will directly affect the taste of the final dish.
- Mix everything thoroughly in a pan until the cheese is completely melted.
- We take the spaghetti from the pan using a culinary fork with a long handle, and immediately transfer them to a pan with a cheese-butter mixture. Mix well. Cheese-butter mixture should completely cover the spaghetti.
- We divide the cooked spaghetti into 5 parts and put them in portioned plates for serving.
Fans of spaghetti spicy dishes in a portioned plate can additionally sprinkle with black pepper. But children are not recommended to add pepper to the dish.
