Step cooking
- We wash the meat. Cut with a sharp knife into small pieces.
- We heat the pan, add oil and let it heat. We spread the meat portionwise into a pan and fry at maximum temperature, stirring with a spatula.
- Cut the onion into large pieces and spread it to the meat when it is well cooked.
- Mix the ingredients well and caramelize the onion.
- Cut the stems of dill or parsley. Add to the meat and onion.
- We chop with a knife or grate carrots. Add it to the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
- Chop the bell pepper and add to the pan. Mix well.
- If necessary, if the ingredients start to burn, reduce the heat and add a little oil or water.
- Coarsely chop the tomatoes. You can take cherry, you can ordinary. Fry all the ingredients after adding tomatoes for 5 minutes.
- Then fill everything with water (approximately 80 milliliters).
- Salt, pepper all the ingredients. Mix well with a spoon.
- We begin to stew meat with vegetables under the lid. Be sure to set the minimum fire.
- Cook the side dish while the meat is stewed. We cook pasta according to the instructions indicated on the package. Stew meat for at least 40 minutes, if it is soft. If stiff, simmer meat for at least 60-80 minutes.
- After a while, we chop dill or parsley (or both) and add to the stew with vegetables. Mix everything well.
- Add bay leaf and squeeze the garlic through a press. Mix the ingredients well.
- Remove the pan from the stove. Spread pasta on a plate. Add the meat and sauce on top of the spaghetti, and the dish is ready! Enjoy your meal!
