Step cooking
- We put the pan on medium heat. Add 2 tbsp. l olive oil. First of all, flavor the oil with herbs. Add a sprig of thyme and a sprig of sage to the pan. Please note that this is not a mandatory item at all, and you can skip it. For flavoring, it is also not necessary to use fresh herbs, they can be replaced with dried ones.
- Next, grind 1 clove of garlic and add to the pan. Optionally, you can use a whole clove of garlic to flavor, and remove it before adding the paste. Keep in mind that garlic starts to burn very quickly, so you need to constantly monitor it and stir occasionally, since burnt garlic will significantly worsen the flavor of the finished sauce.
- Dry mushrooms are very finely chopped or chopped in a blender. You do not need to soak the mushrooms.
- Sliced mushrooms are sent to oil, herbs and garlic.
- Literally after a few minutes, pour 200 ml of cream into the pan. If the cream is too thick, you can slightly dilute them with milk.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and wait until it thickens. About 1 minute before the sauce is ready, we get the branches of herbs. The sauce does not need to be salted.
- You can use spaghetti or pasta for this recipe. The thing is that the cream sauce on the pasta is better delayed, respectively, the whole dish will be juicier than if you use spaghetti. It is better to start cooking spaghetti or pasta when the sauce is completely ready. So dry mushrooms have time to be saturated with moisture and reveal their taste. We put a pan on the stove, pour 1 liter of boiling water into it, add a little salt and spread the pasta. Usually, the paste is cooked for 5-6 minutes, but be sure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations indicated on the package.
- We put the finished pasta in a pan with sauce, slightly increase the heat and bring to the desired density. If the paste has absorbed too much moisture and the sauce has become too thick, it can be diluted a little with the same water in which the paste was boiled.
- We shift the pasta with cream sauce into a large wide plate and serve. Enjoy your meal.
