Step cooking
- Wash 400 g of mushrooms, if necessary, clean them. Cut the mushrooms into slices. For this recipe, any other mushrooms are perfect: oyster mushrooms, clams or forest. To enhance the taste, several dry forest mushrooms can be added to the mushrooms.
- Peel the onion and cut into a small cube.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into a medium-sized cube. If you do not have fresh tomatoes, then they can be replaced with peeled canned ones, the sauce will turn out even juicier.
- We put a pot of water on the stove. When the water boils, salt it and send it to cook 250 g of spaghetti. Cook over medium heat until cooked, following the instructions on the package. The main thing is not to digest spaghetti, as they will be cooked in a pan with sauce. Spaghetti can be replaced with any other types of pasta, it will not affect the taste.
- While cooking spaghetti, prepare the vegetables. Put the pan on the stove, pour 2 - 3 tbsp. l Flavourless vegetable oil and heat. First, fry the onions over medium heat. If desired, chopped garlic can be added.
- Then add chopped champignons, without covering, fry until the moisture evaporates. This will take you about 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, mix and fry all together for another 3 minutes.
- Salt and pepper to taste, add 1 tsp. sweet red pepper. You can add any other spices and seasonings to your taste.
- At the very end, pour 1 tbsp. l soy sauce, mix well. If you think the sauce is rather dry, pour a few tablespoons of water in which the spaghetti was boiled.
- We put ready pasta into a pan for vegetables, mix so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed, and the spaghetti is saturated with all the flavors. For pungency, you can add chili peppers. It all depends on your taste preferences.
- Keep on the stove for several minutes and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs on top. For cheese lovers, you can sprinkle the finished dish with finely grated cheese. We invite everyone to the table. Enjoy your meal!
