Step cooking
How to prepare Bolognese meat sauce
- Place a thick-bottomed pan over medium heat. Heat 60 ml of vegetable oil in a pan well.
- Peel 1 onion (weighing approximately 150 grams), cut it into small cubes.
- Put chopped onions in a pan. Fry over medium heat, stirring with a spatula or spoon.
- Peel 5 cloves of garlic, cut them into thin plastics. Add half the mass to the roasting onion. Mix well. Fry onion slices until transparent.
- Place 350 grams of ground beef in a pan. Spread the minced meat well over the pan with a cooking spatula while mixing it with onion and garlic. Set the pan to maximum heat.
- Fry the meat mixture for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. After this time, add 100 ml of dry red wine to the meat.
- Stew the meat until the wine has evaporated. Reduce the heat to medium, then add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Mix well with a cooking spatula or spoon, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour 100 ml of water into the pan. Shuffle.
- Add a pinch of dry basil and saffron to the sauce 2 bay leaves. Salt to taste, mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.
How to Boil Spaghetti
- Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a wide pan. A wide pan is taken so that during cooking the spaghetti cooked freely and do not stick together. Put 15 grams of salt in boiled water (10 grams of salt for every 100 grams of spaghetti), gradually lower 150 grams of spaghetti into boiling water. You don’t need to break spaghetti into pieces, put them in a pan with a fan (or a bunch). Slowly immerse the dry part in the water after softening the paste in boiling water. Cook spaghetti (on time) according to the instructions on the package.
- Throw the finished spaghetti into a colander.
Assembling Bolognese Pasta
- Heat 2 serving plates. Thinly cut 30 grams of butter, divide into two. Lay on the bottom of the plates.
- Wash the green dill and stalks of green onions, shake them from the water. Coarsely chop the greens.
- Transfer spaghetti from a colander to serving plates. Screw them on a fork, lay them in the center of each plate with a slide.
- Pour the chopped greens and the second half of the chopped garlic into the meat saucepan. Shuffle. Remove from heat.
- Divide the sauce into two parts, transfer to spaghetti laid out on a hill. Serve.
