Step cooking
- We put the pot of water on the stove, wait until it boils, salt and put the spaghetti there. Look at the packaging for cooking spaghetti and take 2 minutes. After the spaghetti has boiled, throw them in a colander, drain the water and let them cool slightly.
- Finely chop 1 large onion and 4 garlic cloves. On a gas stove we heat the pan, pour a little sunflower oil into it and put the chopped onion with garlic, frying them until translucent.
- Add minced meat to the prepared onion with garlic, mix everything and fry well too.
- When the minced meat is well cooked, add salt, spices, 200 milliliters of tomato sauce to it, and mix everything well.
- Reduce the heat and fill the minced meat with 100-150 milliliters of water, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
- While the mince is preparing, you can make cheese sauce. To do this, mix 200 grams of cream cheese, 200 grams of hard cheese and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Put butter in small pieces in a baking dish or just grease it. We spread the finished spaghetti, evenly distributing them in shape.
- Spread half the cheese sauce on pasta.
- We spread the prepared stuffing and also evenly distribute it in shape.
- The remaining half of the cheese sauce is spread on top of the minced meat. It is not necessary to distribute it perfectly, during baking it spreads itself. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake spaghetti for 15-20 minutes.

Tips for the hostess
- It is not necessary to take spaghetti, you can take any other pasta.
- Tomato sauce can be taken either in store or home-made.
- If the mayonnaise is too fat for you, replace it with sour cream or cream.
- Spaghetti cheese can be taken to your taste, it can be gouda or parmesan.
- If cream cheese was not at hand, you can cook without it at all, or replace with fat sour cream.
- Top can be decorated with chopped parsley or dill.
- Do not save on cheese: the more it is in the dish, the tastier it is.
- You can replace any position according to your taste, it is not necessary to clearly follow the instructions.
