Step cooking
- First, boil spaghetti or pasta. To do this, send a pot of water to the fire, let it boil. Pour a pinch of salt and 150 g of spaghetti into boiling water. After the water with pasta boils again, cook for 8 minutes. Spaghetti can use any. It is better to choose those that are made from durum flour. They retain a greater amount of nutrients.
- While spaghetti is being cooked, we will prepare the remaining ingredients. About 100 g of bacon, ham or a dried pork cheek are cut into cubes with a thickness of about 1 cm. You can cut into larger pieces, this is not important.
- We send a cold pan to the fire and immediately pour the chopped meat into it. Add vegetable oil is not necessary. It will be needed only if the bacon contains a very small amount of fatty layers.
- As soon as the bacon begins to release melted fat, crush one clove of garlic in the peel and send it to the pan. Add garlic as desired. If you do not like the garlic smell, you can skip this item. Fat will appear and absorb the scent of garlic. This will add spice to the finished dish.
- A handful of black pepper with peas are sent to the mortar and chopped. Then sift through a sieve. You can use a mixture of peppers or ready-made ground black. We send the pepper to the pan, mix. Adjust the amount of pepper yourself. Sprinkle them with bacon abundantly if you like spicy dishes.
- We drive one egg into a convenient dish, rub 20 g of cheese to it and mix. Cheese can be used by anyone at your discretion. Recommended parmesan or mozzarella. It melts well even at not very high temperature.
- During this time, the bacon is fried until golden brown. Remove the garlic from the pan. In the pan, add the paste immediately from the pan in which it was cooked. Add 50 grams of water from the same pan, mix everything. Mixed water with melted fat creates a sauce.
- Turn off the heat under the pan, continue to mix the pasta. Pour the egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Again, add a little water in which pasta was cooked, mix.
- Pour the pasta into a serving dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top and serve. If you like more spicy food, you can optionally pepper. Use chopped greens for decoration. In addition to pasta, serve a salad of fresh vegetables.
