Crackers | 40-60 g |
Paprika | 1 tsp |

Step cooking
Cooking the first sauce
- We take tomato paste and dilute it to the desired consistency with cold boiled water.
- Grind coriander or take ground, add it to the sauce.
- We also add black pepper and one chopped garlic.
- Cut the greens into small pieces and add to the sauce.
- Mix, and you're done!
Cooking the second sauce
- We take natural yogurt without additives and pour into a container. We peel the cucumber and rub it on a fine grater.
- Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and finely chop it. Also add to the sauce.
- Grate 3-4 cloves of garlic. Add garlic and cucumber to yogurt.
- Finely chop the dill and add to the sauce. Salt and pepper are added to taste there. Add balsamic vinegar to taste (1 teaspoon), and you're done!
Cooking the third sauce
- For 10-15 minutes we send 3-4 bell peppers into the oven and bake them in the “grill” mode at a temperature of 180 degrees. We put them in a plastic bag and leave for another 10 minutes after they are prepared.
- Fry almonds in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- We make cuts in the tomatoes and pour them with boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
- Peel tomatoes and peppers.
- Grind the almonds into small crumbs in a blender. Then add crackers to the blender and grind everything together.
- There we add chopped garlic (1-2 cloves), seedless chili pepper, ground paprika, and grind everything in a blender.
- Then add the tomato, pepper, and chop.
- Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. You can add wine vinegar. Done!
