Step cooking
- First, take 3 branches of fresh parsley, wash them under cold water, dry them, tear off the leaves from the stems and send them to the blender bowl. Then we wash under running water 5-6 feathers of fresh green onions, divide them into 4-5 parts with a knife and send them to a container to the parsley.
- We take 2-3 gherkins from the can, let the marinade drain and cut them into circles of medium thickness, after which we pour them into the blender bowl.
- Break 1 chicken egg and gently separate the protein from the yolk, after which we also add the yolk to the bowl.
- Squeeze manually or using a citrus fruit juicer 1 tbsp. l lemon juice, and add it to the future sauce. In the container add 1 tbsp. l mustard, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of black pepper and pour 100 ml of olive or sunflower oil.
- We take a blender, attach a nozzle to it for making mayonnaise and sauces, set it to “Turbo” speed mode and beat all the ingredients in the bowl for 15 seconds.
- After 15 seconds, when all the components grind and turn into a homogeneous mass of a greenish tint, turn off the blender, put our sauce from the bowl into the bowl and serve.
If you didn’t have a blender with a nozzle for preparing mayonnaise and sauces, do not get upset. Ingredients such as gherkins, parsley and chives can be chopped manually with a knife. Some culinary experts believe that the finely ground components of this sauce will only emphasize its taste.
