Ingredients
Soy sauce | 100 ml |
Red pepper | 1/3 tsp |
Ground coriander | ½ tsp |
Table vinegar 6-9% | 1 tbsp. l |
Cilantro | 1-2 beams |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Step cooking
- Pour 100 milliliters of soy sauce into a mixing bowl.
- Add a third of a teaspoon of red pepper to the bowl.
- Add the same half teaspoon of ground coriander.
- Add one tablespoon of table vinegar (6% or 9%).
- Add the finely chopped or minced garlic (3 cloves). Mix all the ingredients.
- Finely chop the cilantro on the board with a sharp knife. Take about 2 bunches of cilantro. Add cilantro to the rest of the ingredients. If you do not like cilantro, replace it with dill.
- Stir all the ingredients well and leave to insist for 15-20 minutes. After 15-20 minutes the sauce will be ready.
