Step cooking
- To prepare the sauce, take a bowl in which it will be convenient to mix all the ingredients. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise and 3 drops of lemon juice. Mayonnaise can be made homemade or bought in a store. Take mayonnaise with a fat content above 50%, then the sauce will be thick and will not flow.
- Cut approximately 50 g of pickled cucumbers into a very small dice. They can also be crushed in a blender. Cucumbers should not be sour.
- Together with cucumbers add 2 tbsp. l cucumber marinade and 1 tbsp. l white wine vinegar.
- Next, add 1 tbsp. l mustard. For this sauce, it is advisable to use sweet mustard without pungency.
- Next send ½ tsp. sugar, ½ tsp ground paprika, ¼ tsp. dried garlic and ¼ tsp. dried onion.
- Stir all ingredients until smooth. Cover the sauce with cling film or pour into a dry jar, let stand for 1 hour. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 4-5 days.
