Ingredients
- puff pastry - 400 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- sausages of the highest grade - 10 pcs.
- flour - 50 g
- egg yolk - 1 pc.
- milk - 10 ml
Step cooking
- Sprinkle a flat work surface with flour, then spread 400 g of puff pastry on it. We roll out the dough into a thin rectangular layer, the thickness of which is about 5 mm.
- We cut the dough into strips of 35-40 cm long and 3-4 cm wide.
- Hard cheese weighing 100 g is cut into cubes, the length of which is at least 4 cm.
- We take a strip of dough and wrap a sausage and 1 or 2 cheese block in it.
- The formed product is sent to a baking sheet, which was previously covered with foil or baking paper for baking. If using foil, then lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolk and 10 ml of warm milk. We grease each product with the resulting mixture.
- Preheating the oven to a temperature of 200 ° C, and then place a baking sheet with blanks in it. We bake sausages in the dough for 20-25 minutes.
