Step cooking
- We prepare all the ingredients. It is important that the water and milk are warm - a little warmer than room temperature. Butter should be soft, so it’s better to get it out of the refrigerator on the eve of cooking for about 15 minutes. Sift the flour.
- First, activate the yeast. To do this, add warm yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of flour. Stir well. Leave the mixture until a foam cap appears.
- Mix the flour with salt.
- Break the egg into a separate bowl and shake with sugar.
- We make a deepening in a bowl with flour and pour in the yeast, which will work in about 5-10 minutes. There we add the egg with sugar, warm milk, and mix everything well. We leave the products before kneading for 20 minutes, so that the moisture is evenly distributed over the test.
- After 20 minutes, take a small portion (approximately 20-25 grams) of butter from the total amount and add it to the dough. We begin to knead the dough.
- Sprinkle flour on the work surface and continue to knead the dough with your hands, for about 7-10 minutes.
- When the dough is ready, grease the bottom and edges of the bowl with vegetable oil and spread the dough there. We also grease the dough with vegetable oil so that it does not wind off.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and leave it in a warm, dark place for about 45-60 minutes until it fits.
- We knead the dough with your hands, put it back in a bowl, cover with a film and send it to the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour on the table and spread the chilled dough. Roll out the dough into a layer with a thickness of 1-2 centimeters.
- Cut the prepared layer into strips 4-5 centimeters wide.
- We wrap each sausage in strips of dough and firmly fix the dough on the edges so that they do not turn around.
- We spread sausages on a baking sheet or baking dish. You can spread it on parchment paper, you can do without it. Every sausage in the dough is liberally greased with a beaten yolk or an egg.
- If desired, sprinkle each sausage with sesame seeds.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send sausages there for 30-50 minutes, depending on the capacity of the oven. Sausages are ready! Enjoy your meal!
