Ingredients
- Fresh champignons - 600 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.
- Potatoes, medium tubers - 3 pcs.

- Drinking water - 2.5 L
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp. l
- Cucumber pickle - 150 ml
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Sour cream - 150 ml
- Black peppercorns - 6 amount
- Table salt - to taste
Step cooking
- Place a pot with 2.5 liters of drinking water on the stove, bring the water to a boil. While the water is boiling, wash and peel 3 medium potatoes. Cut the tubers in half, cut the halves into slices approximately 4 mm thick. Pour the chopped potatoes into a pot of boiling water. Use a slotted spoon to collect the foam that forms during cooking. Cook over medium heat. If desired, in a dish you can add carrots, diced or straws.
- Peel and chop in small cubes 2 medium heads of onions.
- Put the onions in the pan, add 40 ml of vegetable oil of your choice. Fry the onion until a pleasant golden color.
- Put 3 tablespoons of tomato paste in a pan. Stirring constantly, fry the onion with tomato paste for about 3-5 minutes.
- Wash and peel 600 grams of fresh champignons (or other mushrooms). Cut into small pieces. Very tasty is the hodgepodge made from several types of mushrooms. In this case, the first has a rich bright aroma and taste. Instead of fresh mushrooms, you can use frozen or dried mushrooms.
- Pour mushrooms into a pot with soup. Gently mix, cook over low heat, removing foam all the time with a slotted spoon. When cooking, you can use not only fresh fried, but also pickled and salted mushrooms. Often put an equal amount of fried and pickled mushrooms.
- Cut three medium pickles in half rings, transfer the slices into a pan with a mixture of onions and tomato paste. Pour 150 ml of cucumber pickle into the pan. Stew on a minimum fire for 10 minutes.
- Put 6 peppercorns in a saucepan. Transfer the pan from the pan to the pan. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes. Try the dish on salt and pepper, add the desired ingredient to taste. At this stage, capers, olives, bay leaves, and other seasonings can be added to the hodgepodge.
