Pink salmon | 1 PC. (approximately 1 kg) |

Sunflower oil | 50-100 ml |
Step cooking
- Defrost pink salmon, but not completely. So it’s easier to cut. We clean the fish, cut off the head and fins, wash it and cut it into slices 12-15 mm thick.
- Each slice is cut in half. Bones and skin can also be removed (optional).
- Pour one liter of boiled water at room temperature into a deep bowl.
- Dissolve in it 5 tablespoons of salt, stirring with a spoon.
- Lower the fish so that the fish is completely immersed in water. Keep the fish in brine for exactly 10 minutes. You should not keep it any longer, otherwise the fish will be salted.
- After 10 minutes, transfer the fish to a paper towel. We also cover with a paper towel and dab the pieces of fish.
- We put fish slices in a plastic container or other container with a lid and pour 50-100 ml of vegetable oil on top of it.
- We close the container with a lid and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, we take out the container from the refrigerator. We spread the fish on a plate and serve to the table with lemon and pickled onions.
Ways of decorating and serving
It is important not only to cook red fish tasty, but also to serve it beautifully to the table.
- It can be made in the form of sandwiches: spread butter or soft cheese on dried toast bread. Roll fish slices without skin and stones, roll them, straighten “petals” on one of the edges to make a “rosette”, and put it on bread. For leaves "rosette" use parsley.
- The next option is pita rolls. You need to take pita bread, put pieces of red fish on its surface and roll it together with a tight roll. Then cut obliquely into small portioned slices. Put them in a lap dish and garnish with parsley on top.
- Another option is rolls with cottage cheese. Cream is made from cottage cheese, spices and finely chopped dill. For each slice of red fish, put a little cream and turn into a tube. Holding the roll on top, put a quarter of a circle of lemon and fasten everything with a skewer. We also deal with other slices of fish fillet. The resulting rolls are laid out on a plate in a circle. Put lemon slices in the center.
