Step cooking
First option
- Wash and peel 1 cucumber of the stalks. Cut it into 4 parts.
- Peel 1 green apple from the core, cut into medium slices.
- Rinse and chop 3 celery stalks in medium slices.
- Put the ingredient in a bowl. Peel half the lime, cut it into several pieces and add to the bowl.
- In turn, load the components into the screw juicer. Then dilute the resulting juice with 100 ml of water.
Second option
- Peel 2 kiwis and cut into several pieces.
- Peel and cut into 2 pieces 2 green apples.
- Cut the three stalks of celery into smaller pieces.
- Load the ingredients into a juicer, then dilute the resulting juice with 100 ml of water.
Third option
- Rinse well and cut into three parts the three stalks of celery.
- Peel and chop one large carrot into medium slices.
- Squeeze a bunch of parsley, chopped carrots and celery stalks in a juicer.
- Using a dip blender, mashed 1 banana in a separate bowl.
- Then add 1-2 g of cinnamon, 20-30 ml of kefir and 5-6 g of honey to banana puree.
- Add 100 ml of water to the puree and mix everything well with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Combine the banana puree and squeezed juice, mix well.
All three juices are ready, it is better to drink them immediately after preparation. Enjoy your meal!
