Step cooking
- Peel two bananas in advance. Choose very ripe bananas - they will be more friable and sweet. Follow the rule: a slightly blackened skin is better than a green one in some places! Cut the peeled fruit into thick slices. Fold in a bowl and put in the freezer for a couple of hours.
- Just before you plan to make a smoothie, turn on the oven at 170-175 ° C. Cover a small baking sheet with a piece of foil (or parchment paper) and lay out the remaining third banana. Send it to bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the banana from the oven and immediately peel it to cool.
- Remove the frozen bananas from the freezer and put them in the blender's container (if the blender is submersible, then in a special plastic tall glass). Beat the banana slices until completely grated.
- Pour in milk and whisk again. Milk can be taken both ordinary (for children), and nonfat (for those on a diet), and even non-animal origin (for those who are allergic to lactose). The main thing is that it is fresh!
- Carefully cut the vanilla pod with a knife and gently scrape off the seeds. We also send them to the blender and whisk again. If there is no vanilla in the pod - take the usual extract and add a couple of drops.
- Add the baked banana to the bowl and beat again. Bring to uniformity.
