Ingredients
Goji is used for weight loss, restoration of liver and intestine functions, improves metabolism and hormone balance, soothes the nervous system, improves immunity, potency and endurance.
Banana (can be replaced with seasonal fruits) | 1 PC. |
Goji Berries (Dried) | 1 tbsp. l |
Cinnamon powder | 1/2 tsp |
Honey | 2 tbsp. l |
Kefir 1-2.5% | 300 ml |
Cooking sequence
- Peel the banana, cut into circles, put in a blender bowl.
- Add to the banana 1 tbsp. l goji berries, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 2 tbsp. l honey, pour on top of 300 ml of kefir.
- Grind the ingredients with a blender until smooth.
- Pour the finished smoothie into a glass for serving, immerse a tube for a cocktail in it.
