Ingredients
- apple juice - 175 ml

Step cooking
- Randomly chop 250 g of fresh spinach, 15 g of parsley and 15 g of watercress.
- We clean half the avocado, cut it into medium pieces and place in a blender bowl.
- Pour avocado 175 ml of apple juice.
- Add greens to the rest of the ingredients and beat everything until a homogeneous consistency.

How to choose an avocado
