Ingredients
Kiwi | 2 pcs. |
Banana | 1 PC. |
Orange juice | 150-200 ml |
Step by step cooking
- Pour orange juice into a glass. You can use purchased or squeezed from fresh orange, but still squeezed juice will be more useful.
- We clean the kiwi and cut into 3-4 rings. Peel the banana and cut it over the entire length into equal pieces. Add chopped fruits to the orange juice.
- Using a blender or mixer, grind the fruit to a smoothie consistency.
- Pour the finished drink into a glass. Very tasty and healthy smoothie is ready!
Variations and decoration
If you wish, you can add a dream of lemon, lime or grapefruit to the drink. Also, any exotic fruits (pineapple, feijoa, avocado) will be a great addition to the smoothie, and will make its taste even more unique. If you sprinkle corn or oatmeal on top, you can get a very practical and relatively hearty mini-breakfast in a hurry. The smoothie cup itself can be decorated with a banana or kiwi ring.
