Step cooking
Option number 1. Improves metabolism
- Pour water into the blender's container.
- Peel the beets, rinse them under running water. Grate the required amount on a coarse grater (as an option, you can cut into cubes). Add to blender.
- Wash the apples. Cut and take out the middle with the seeds. The skin can not be removed. Cut apples into large pieces, put to beets.
- Peel the ginger, you can not cut it into pieces, but throw it whole, pour in flax seeds.
- Turn on the blender for low revs and beat for 1-1.5 minutes. Then switch to high speed and beat for another 1.5-2 minutes.
- Smoothie is ready!
Option number 2. Lowers appetite
- Pour water into the blender.
- Peel and wash the carrots. Cut it into large circles, put in a blender bowl.
- Wash the apples and remove the middle. Cut into large pieces, not peeling, and add to carrots.
- Add sesame seeds, cinnamon and cardamom. Stir first at a slow speed for about 1-2 minutes, and then at a high speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour the drink into the serving glass.
Option number 3. Helps clean stomach
- Pour water into the blender bowl.
- Wash the parsley and let it drain in water, put in a blender.
- Wash and peel the apples, as in previous recipes. Cut coarsely and add to the parsley.
- Wash the cucumber and cut into large circles, put in a blender.
- Half a centimeter thick circle cut off from the lemon. Peel the ginger and add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender at a slow speed, and then beat at high.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass or cup.
Option number 4. Removes toxins
- Pour in water.
- Rinse the basil under water and put in a blender bowl.
- Wash red cabbage, remove the top leaves, cut off the right amount and chop coarsely. Add to basil.
- Just wash the blueberries and add to the rest of the products.
- Add black caraway seeds and beat into a homogeneous mass without pieces.
- Serve in a glass or cup.
