Step cooking
Did you know? If you have difficulty removing baking from the mold, you can separate the product by gently cutting its edges with a knife dipped in water (or oil) along the inner perimeter of the container. Then turn the mold over and gently shake it out.
- Break the egg 1 pc. in a bowl and fill it with 1/2 cup sugar. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Pour 150 g of sour cream into the resulting mass, add 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 tsp baking powder for dough or slaked soda, add 2 tbsp. l cocoa.
- All ingredients in a bowl are thoroughly beaten with a mixer (or blender) until a homogeneous semi-liquid dough is obtained.
- Lubricate the prepared container for 1 liter with 1 tsp. oil with a paper towel.
- Pour the dough into a container and put in the microwave for 6-8 minutes. at maximum power.
- After the specified time, we take out the container from the oven and check the dough for readiness, piercing it with a thin knife. No dough should remain on the knife.
- Turn the container over and gently shake the finished baking on a plate.
- We prepare cakes. To do this, cut the baking along the horizontal with a thin knife into 3-4 parts with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm.
- Pour 150-200 g of sour cream into a bowl, add 2-3 tsp. icing sugar, gently mix with a tablespoon until smooth.
- We collect the cake by smearing the cakes with the resulting mass.
- Rub 1/2 chocolate bars on a fine grater, sprinkle a cake on top for decoration. Remove the cake in the refrigerator for 60 minutes. After the specified time, we take out our dessert, cut into portions and arrange on plates.
