Step cooking

- We cut a piece of cheese diagonally so that we get two triangles. Cut 200 grams of hard cheese into thin slices. It is recommended to take a variety that is easy to melt.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. When the dough has thawed, roll it a little with a rolling pin and divide it into medium-sized squares.
- On one part of each square we put a plate of cheese and cover with the second part. On the top of the dough we make cuts.
- Cover the edges of the puffs with a fork. If the edges are not molded, then you can grease them a little with water or protein.
- We put baking paper on a baking sheet and lay our puffs.
- Grease all puffs with one chopped chicken egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
