sour cream 2 tbsp. l
granulated sugar 3 - 4 tbsp. l
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
raisins 6 tbsp. l

  1. Weigh and prepare all necessary foods before starting cooking. Finished puff pastry must be removed from the freezer in advance, so that it melts a little and becomes suitable for work. If you wish, you can buy ready-made dough in the store or cook it yourself, but for this you need a little more time. Wash raisins under running water, pour cool boiling water and cover. Leave it to steam for 10 to 15 minutes. The amount of raisins can be varied to taste, replaced with other dried fruits or candied fruits, or not added at all.

  2. Pour the cottage cheese into a deep bowl, add regular and vanilla sugar, one whole egg, and mix well until smooth with a mixer, whisk or spoon.

  6. Spread the filling evenly over the dough, not reaching the edges of the formation 2 - 3 cm. Gently roll into a tight roll, pinching the edge well. Turn the resulting roll upside down and cut into small pieces 3-4 cm wide.
