- Remove crab sticks in an amount of 250 g from the film and cut into small cubes. The smaller, the tastier the salad.
- Peel 4 pre-cooked hard-boiled chicken eggs. Separate the yolks from the proteins, then grind the proteins on a coarse grater, and rub the yolks on a fine grater.
- Grind 150 g of hard cheese into a separate container, using a coarse grater.
- We clear the fresh cucumber from the peel, and cut it off with thin whole strips with a thickness of 1 to 1.5 cm.We turn each strip into a roll and put it in a deep bowl of a small diameter so that they do not unfold - later we will decorate the salad with them.
- Rub the peeled vegetable on a coarse grater, and then put the cucumber mass in a fine strainer to get rid of excess moisture. Slightly salt the cucumber mass, mix, and then leave it for 5-10 minutes alone. Under the influence of salt, cucumbers will produce juice that drains through a sieve - this way we will prevent the salad from turning out watery.
Assembly
- On a flat plate, set the ring from the baking dish, the diameter of which is 16 cm. We lay the sliced crab sticks with the main layer. Using a silicone scapula, we carefully ram them, forming a dense fleshy base layer.
- Top the crab mass with mayonnaise. Control the amount of mayonnaise yourself, depending on which salad you want to get - fatty or dry.
- Next, we form a cheese layer, which we also thoroughly crush with a spatula so that it is as a whole with crab sticks.
- We coat the cheese with mayonnaise, evenly distributing it over the entire surface.
- Put the cucumbers in the third layer. Carefully level the cucumber mass so that it is evenly distributed in shape.
- We spread 250 g of canned corn on top of the cucumbers, level the ingredient and spread with mayonnaise.
- Next, we form a layer of grated proteins, and then lightly salt them and, if desired, pepper, so that the protein layer is not fresh in the future.
- Grease the proteins with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped yolks.
- We decorate the salad with cucumber peel spirals, and then drown them a little in a layer of yolk so that they do not dry out. In the middle of each roll we spread one grain of corn.
- In the center of the salad cake, we set the cucumber spiral, and fill its core with slices of crab sticks.
- We send the product to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. After this time, take out the cake and carefully remove the shape ring.
