Ingredients
- Salted cracker - 500 g
- Canned fish (any without tomato) - 1 can
- Hard cheese - 80-100 g
- Chicken Egg - 4-5 pcs.
- Provence mayonnaise (Provence sauce) - 300 ml
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Green onion - 1 bunch
- Salt (if necessary), ground pepper - to taste
Step cooking
- Hard boil, cool and peel 4-5 eggs. Separate the protein from the yolk, and dissolve the protein on a coarse grater, and the yolk on a fine grater, or grind it with a fork into crumbs. Lay out the bottom of a spacious salad bowl with salt cracker in one layer.
- Put a layer of grated protein mixed with 2-3 tbsp on the cracker. l mayonnaise.
- Cover the protein with a cracker, and lightly grease the cookies 1-2 tbsp. l mayonnaise.
- Open a can of canned fish, drain the broth from it, knead it with a fork with the addition of one or two tablespoons of mayonnaise and place on a cookie.
Instead of canned fish, chopped crab sticks, also mixed with Provence sauce, can be put in the salad.
- Cover the fish layer with a cracker and grease again with a small amount of mayonnaise.
- Grate 100 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater, and finely chop or squeeze 2-3 cloves of garlic through a press there.
- Pour a little Provence sauce into the cheese and garlic, and mix until smooth. Put the cheese mass on the salty cookies in a dense layer.
- Again, cover the grated cheese with garlic and mayonnaise cracker, and lubricate with a sufficient amount of Provence.
- Decorate the salad on top with crushed yolk.
- Put the salad bowl in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours, and before serving, garnish with curly sliced vegetables and sprigs of fresh parsley or dill.
