Step cooking
- To prepare the filling, take cottage cheese (500 g), knead with a fork to a homogeneous mass, so that there are no large pieces.
- Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream (1 tbsp. L.). It is advisable to put sour cream at least 20%. Add raw chicken egg to the mass (1 pc.)
- Take a grater, grate hard cheese (150 g) on it. You can take Russian cheese or add cheese, the main thing is that the taste is spicy.
- Finely chop the dill (2 tbsp. L.), Pour it to the cottage cheese.
- We mix cottage cheese, cheese, egg, dill, add salt and pepper to taste.
- We take a baking sheet or a glass baking dish from heat-resistant glass. Melt the butter in a microwave (30 g). With a silicone brush, grease the bottom and sides of the baking dish with melted butter.
- We take pita bread from the bag, put one sheet on the bottom of the form, hands help the pita to lie on the bottom so that there is no empty space in the corners.
- We spread the curd filling on the dough, evenly distribute it over the entire surface.
- Then we cover the second sheet of pita bread, add the curd mass with cheese again, do the same procedure with all the sheets of pita bread until the filling of the curd is over.
- We don’t put lavash on the last layer of cottage cheese, we tear it into small pieces of different sizes, fill them with the top.
- Cut butter (15 g) into thin slices, spread it on top of ragged pita bread.
- With a whisk in a bowl, mix sour cream (2 tbsp.), Raw chicken egg (1 pc.), Hard cheese (50 g), grated on a coarse grater.
- Pour the sour cream filling on top of the cake, which is already in the baking dish, sprinkle with any dry herbs and sesame seeds on top.
- Turn on the oven, heat it up to 180 degrees. We put the baking dish with pita bread and cottage cheese in the oven, bake for 30 minutes. After a certain time, we take out the finished cake from the oven, let it cool slightly. The treat is ready.
