Step cooking
- In a deep bowl, cut the chilled creamy margarine (250 g) into small pieces. To margarine chopped well, put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. If desired, you can grate margarine on a coarse grater, which will facilitate grinding.
- Add pre-sifted flour (500 g) to the margarine bowl.
- Using a spoon, mix the mass, chopping pieces of margarine and mixing them with flour. In small portions, add light chilled beer (250 ml) to the flour mixture. Keep the beer in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before making it.
- Using a tablespoon or culinary spatula, mix the mass in a bowl until almost all of the flour has combined with the margarine. Then knead the dough with your hands. After kneading, a thick, uniform dough is obtained.
- Divide the dough into several approximately identical parts (3-4) so that later it is more convenient to roll it. Put the dough in a bowl, tighten with cling film. Put all the dough in the refrigerator to cool for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle flour on the countertop (50 g). Roll one piece of dough into a thin layer with a thickness of approximately 5-6 mm.
- From a rolled dough sheet, form cookies using molds, round dishes of small diameter. The liver can be given any desired shape - square, rhombic, round, oval, rectangular. If you use a glass cup for cutting cookies, do not forget to dip it in flour so that the dough does not stick to the edges of the dishes. Repeat with all pieces of dough.
- Put cookies on a baking sheet. It is not necessary to lubricate the baking sheet, as the dough is greasy and will not pester. If desired, you can put a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Bake cookies in an oven warmed to 190-200 ° C until golden brown (about 10-15 minutes). Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar (150 g).
