Ingredients
- Flour - 180 g
- Butter - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanilla Sugar - 10 g
- Baking powder - 2 tsp.
- Plums - 15 pcs.
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step cooking
- To 150 g of soft butter, add 150 g of regular and 10 g of vanilla sugar and beat thoroughly with a mixer. Add 2 eggs and continue whisking the mass. Beat for 1 minute.
- In the next step, sift the flour, add the baking powder and mix thoroughly.
- Combine the flour mixture and the egg and sugar mass. Beat with a mixer for 20 seconds.
- Lubricate the baking dish with butter and transfer the resulting dough.
- On top of the dough, lay the halves of the drain peeled down. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. After the time has passed, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. Pie can be served with fresh fruit and icing sugar, as well as a mint leaf. Enjoy your meal!
