Kitchen appliances and utensils: kitchen scale, tablespoon, blender, bowl, cling film.
Ingredients
Ordinary cookies | 300 g |
Condensed milk | 1 can |
Butter | 100-120 g |
Cocoa powder | 2 tbsp. l |
Powdered sugar | of necessity |
Cognac | 2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- We spread 150 g of ordinary cookies in a blender, grind into small crumbs (if there is no blender, this can be done manually, for example, using a rolling pin).
- We break the remaining 150 g of cookies so that we get a large crumb. Put everything in one bowl.
- Add to the liver 2 tbsp. l cocoa powder, mix.
- Add 100-120 g of butter (you must first remove it from the refrigerator for a couple of hours to make it soft). Mix thoroughly.
- Add a can of condensed milk to the mass. Knead thoroughly until smooth.
- Pour 2 tbsp. l cognac (if alcohol was not at hand - it does not matter, you can do without it). Stir.
- We spread the mass on the cling film and give the shape of the sausage. Wrap tightly. If desired, you can arrange in the form of balls, and so on.
- We send ready-made sausages to the refrigerator, if there is no time, you can put it in the freezer.
- Before serving, remove the film and sprinkle the product with powdered sugar. Cut into slices, serve for tea.
