Ingredients
- Plums - 2 kg
- Sugar - 4 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- We rinse the plums, peel and break in half.
- We place the drain in the banks tightly to each other.
- Top with sugar.
- We put jars with plums in a pan and pour water to the shoulders. We cover the banks with lids. We sterilize the jars after boiling for 20 minutes.
- We take out the cans from the water, roll up the cans and leave it to cool completely.
