Step cooking
For this dish, any pasta is suitable, but it must be made from durum wheat - bows, shells, spirals, horns, feathers or ordinary “hole-hole” pasta.
- Run 300 g of pasta into boiling salted water and cook until tender according to the recommended time indicated on the package.
- Cut the persimmon fruit into thin slices.
- Wash and dry on a kitchen cloth towel 5-6 pcs. dried apricots, and then arbitrarily cut into small pieces. Discard the finished pasta in a colander, put in a cup and add (while they are hot) 1 tbsp. l butter. In hot pasta with butter, add 200 g of cottage cheese and 2 tbsp. l washed and dried raisins.
- Mix the contents of the cup, break the curd lumps and pour 1-2 tbsp. l granulated sugar.
- Arrange the finished dish on serving plates. Garnish with dried apricots. Next to pasta, put 2-3 persimmon slices and 1 tbsp. For each serving. l sour cream. Sour cream, if desired, can be decorated with a couple of green mint leaves.
