Step cooking
Make dough
- In a small container, heat 220 ml of milk to a temperature of 35-40 ° C. Add 7 g of dry yeast and 10 g of granulated sugar to the warmed milk.
- Stir the ingredients well, then cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough “play”.
- Separately, break two chicken eggs, then add 1 pinch of salt, 50 g of sugar to them and carefully beat the components.
- We spread 50 g of margarine or butter in an iron container. We send the oil to a small fire and bring it to a liquid consistency. Remove the hot creamy mass from the stove and allow it to cool to a warm state.
- Pour the egg mixture into the flashing dough, mix slightly.
- There we add the cooled liquid butter, 40 ml of vegetable oil.
- Stir the resulting mixture to a homogeneous consistency and complete dissolution of the sugar grains. Pour the cooked mass into the bowl of the food processor.
- Separately sift 500 g of flour.
- We turn on the combine and gradually add the sifted flour.
- We put the finished dough into a rather deep bowl, after which we cover it with cling film.
- We send the dough to a warm place and give it the opportunity to increase two to three times.
We form buns
- Sprinkle a flat surface with flour, and then put the dough on it. Lightly crush it, then divide it into two parts. One half is returned to the bowl and again covered with cling film. The second part of the dough is rolled out using a rolling pin into a thin layer 5-7 mm thick.
- The resulting round layer is divided with a knife into identical triangles.
- We spread the jam in the wide part of the triangle, and then carefully wrap it, forming something similar to a roll.
- We lay out the formed bun on a baking sheet generously greased with butter. Be sure to keep a small distance between the products. In a similar way we sculpt buns from the second part of the dough.
- Beat one chicken egg in a separate container. Every pie is generously greased with egg mixture, it will give the product a ruddy and mouth-watering appearance. We heat the oven to a temperature of 160-170 ° C. We send the formed buns to the preheated oven, where we bake them for 20-30 minutes. We allow the finished baking to cool slightly, after which we transfer it to a beautiful container and serve it on the table.
