Step cooking
- First you need to activate the yeast and cook the dough. To do this, heat the milk to a temperature of 30-35 degrees. Milk should not be hot, otherwise the yeast will not rise. Pour warm milk into a deep bowl for kneading dough, dissolve 1.5 tsp in it. dry yeast and 1 tbsp. l sugar, mix thoroughly and leave for 5-10 minutes in a warm place until the appearance of a froth.
- Next, drive 2 chicken eggs. Melt 80 g of vegetable oil, cool to room temperature and add to the bowl.
- Then add another 2 tbsp. l regular sugar and 1 sachet of vanilla, pour the melted butter and mix thoroughly with a whisk. After that, we introduce the pre-sifted flour in parts and start kneading the dough. First, knead with a spatula or spoon, and then with your hands, carefully selecting all the flour in the bowl. Please note that everyone’s flour is different, so for the test it may need a little more or a little less than the amount declared in the recipe.
- Lubricate a clean container with a small amount of vegetable oil and put a rounded dough into it. Then cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. During this time, the dough should increase by about half.
- When the dough fits properly, gently crush it and divide it into small balls. We roll each ball and form a blank for a round bun from it. We lay out the blanks for buns in a circle on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, having previously lined them with baking paper. Leave for 10-15 minutes to rise.
- Melt 20 g of butter, add 2 tbsp to it. l sugar and 2-3 tbsp. l sifted flour. Grind into crumbs. Flour may need more.
- Shake the chicken egg and grease the buns with a silicone brush and sprinkle the crumb on top.
- We put a baking sheet or a form with buns in a well preheated to 180 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes. The total baking time may also vary depending on the features and power of your oven. Enjoy your meal.
