- In a separate small bowl mix 1 tbsp. l salt, 1 tsp sugar and add a pinch of black pepper.
- The resulting mixture is rubbed with sea bass on both sides. If you like lemon, it is possible to make several longitudinal cuts on the back of the fish, and place a slice of lemon in each. Citrus will give the fish a pleasant acidity.
- Similar actions are performed with the 2 remaining fish. Wrap the sea bass tightly in foil. It is important to tightly wrap it so that air does not enter, and the fish does not dry out. It is even possible to wrap the sea bass with 2 pieces of foil.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and put the fish on a baking sheet. Just before you put the seabass to bake, reduce the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees. Fish is baked for 15-20 minutes. If you doubt that the fish is ready, you can slightly open the foil and check the readiness of the dish. If your eyes turn white, then it's time to get the fish out of the oven. You can also fully unfold the foil and let the fish cook for another 5 minutes. In this case, you get a fragrant baked crust.
- After 20 minutes, they take out the sea bass from the oven, open the foil and transfer the fish to a beautiful dish. It is possible to cut half a lemon into small slices and serve with fish. You can also decorate the dish with fresh herbs: dill, parsley, green onions. A good side dish for sea bass is mashed potatoes and rice.
