Ingredients
- Meat on the bone - 2.5 kg
- Tomato - 8 pcs.
- Carrots - 5 pcs.
- Red onion - 4 pcs.

Step cooking
- We make a fire and load the cauldron.
- Pour in clean water.
- Add the meat to the bones in cold water.
- Leave to warm and boil. Onion cut into half rings.
- Cut the carrots into rings.
- Cut the tomatoes in half rings.
- Cut the potatoes into large pieces. Paprika cut into strips. We remove the foam during cooking meat. Foam should not be at all!
- Add one onion and one whole carrot. Do not peel the onion. Leave for 20 minutes. The broth should not cook, but languish over medium heat.
- We catch carrots and onions. Now leave the broth to simmer for another 20 minutes. We send carrots to the cauldron. After 5 minutes, add the potatoes. 10 minutes after the potatoes, add garlic and chili. We send garlic completely (whole head) without peeling.
- Add salt, bay leaf and all other spices. 15 minutes after the potatoes are cooked, add onions, tomatoes, bell peppers. Shurpa cook until potatoes are ready. Add and add spices to taste and need. Done!
