We will prepare in advance all the ingredients for the dough. Kefir - 300 g, sugar - 1 tbsp., Eggs - 2 pcs., Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l., cocoa - 2 - 3 tbsp. l., soda - 1 tsp., flour - 2 tbsp.
Cooking dough
- We take the eggs at room temperature - beat well with a mixer. Pour sugar and beat for 10-15 minutes.
- Add kefir, add vegetable oil, cocoa, soda. Add flour in portions (mixing well). Mix all the ingredients well with a mixer. The dough should turn out like a biscuit.
- Preheat the oven at 200º. Pour the dough into the baking dish. Pre-place parchment paper on the bottom of the mold. We leave the dough to stand and distribute ourselves well in the form for 5 - 7 minutes.
Baking dough
- Put the dough in a preheated oven. Bake the first 15 minutes at a temperature of 200º C. Then reduce the temperature to 170º C. The full baking time is 40 - 50 minutes. We look as we cook. You can check whether the dough is ready by gently piercing it with a toothpick or a match. No dough should remain on the toothpick.
- While the dough is baking, prepare the cream. We will prepare all the ingredients for the cream. Sour cream - 400 g, sugar - 1 tbsp, butter - 150 - 200 g, walnut - 200 g.
Cooking cream
- Mix sour cream and sugar and leave for 10 - 15 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
- Take a soft butter and beat it well. Add sour cream and sugar to whipped butter. Beat everything well.
Cooking decoration
Take the walnut. Grind some nuts (50 - 80 g) coarsely. It is possible in a blender, it is possible in a flea market, it is possible to grind with a knife, as it is convenient to whom. Finely chop the remaining nuts.
Making a cake
- Ready cake - cool. You can put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. The cake must be cold, because the cream will leak if it is warm. Cut the cake into 2 - 3 parts along. How many parts to cut you decide, depending on how you rose cake.
- Lubricate the cakes with cream, grease the upper cakes with cream on top and sprinkle it with walnuts. If the nuts are still left, then you can sprinkle them on all sides.
- A delicious cake is ready!
