Kitchen appliances and utensils:several containers of different volumes, a spatula or a tablespoon, a sieve, a measuring cup, a slow cooker.
Ingredients
Product | amount |
Milk | 250 ml |
Granulated sugar | 200 g |
Wheat flour | 140 g |
Cocoa powder | 50 g |
Egg | 2 pcs. |
Baking powder | 1 package |
Vanillin | 1 g |
Sunflower oil | 4 tbsp. l |
Butter | 10 g |
Step cooking
- We take a rather deep container and pour 200 g of sugar and 50 g of cocoa powder into it.
- Pour dry ingredients with 250 ml of warm milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour half the mass into a separate container and for now leave it alone. In the remaining half, sift 140 g of premium wheat flour, drive 2 eggs and add 1 package of baking powder, 1 g of vanillin and 4 tbsp. l refined vegetable oil.
- Knead the dough - it should turn out to be quite liquid.
- Pour the dough into a multicooker bowl greased with butter, select the “Baking” mode on it, close the lid and prepare the cupcake for 1 hour.
- After this time, leave the crock-pot in the “Heating” mode (it will turn on automatically after “Baking”) and pour the prepared half of the chocolate glaze on top of the cake. Close the lid and let the cake stand for another 10-15 minutes.
- After that, turn off the multicooker completely, wait another 5-10 minutes for the cake to cool slightly, and take it out to a separate dish using a steam grill.
- Chocolate icing in the cupcake serves both as an impregnation and as a decoration, so if you like dark tones, you can add nothing and enjoy a completely baked fragrant cupcake. If you want to decorate its appearance, use condensed milk, chopped nuts, dried fruits, candied fruits, confectionery topping, coconut flakes, glaze, etc. to your taste.
