Milk | 250 ml |
Flour | 300 g |
Cocoa powder | 180 g |
Baking powder | 8 g |
Vanilla sugar | 1 sachet |
Corn starch | 40 g |
Step cooking
- Beat eggs in a bowl with sugar using a whisk or mixer. The consistency should be creamy, medium density, and the color should be light yellow.
- Add melted butter and milk to the same bowl. Mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and cocoa powder (you must first sift these dry ingredients through a sieve). Add baking powder to the same mixture. Mix everything well.
- Combine the mixtures with each other, bringing them to a homogeneous consistency without lumps. Do not stir the dough for more than 5 minutes.
- Prepare cupcake tins. Line the parchment paper into the mold and pour the dough into it.
- Fill the molds into ¾ parts and smooth the surface with a spatula. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place the molds in the oven for 40 minutes. While cupcakes are being prepared in the oven, you can make the icing. To do this, mix 200 grams of sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 80 grams of cocoa powder, 40 grams of corn starch and 75 grams of butter in a saucepan. Pour all the ingredients with 250 milliliters of water.
- Put this mixture on a small fire. While stirring continuously, boil the glaze until all ingredients are completely dissolved. Glaze should turn out without lumps.
- When it is ready, cool and pour evenly on the surface of the cupcakes. Spread the icing with a spatula.
- If desired, decorate the icing on top with powder or other loose decorations.
- Done! Enjoy your meal!
