Step cooking
- Turn on the oven at 180 ° C. First you need to thoroughly rinse the cherry and remove the seeds from it. Recipe from grandmothers: use in order to pull out a bone, a regular pin. Carefully thread it into the place where the peduncle is attached, and picking up the bone, pull it out. This is the fastest and non-traumatic way to get rid of cherries. Put the cherries in a colander and put on a suitable size bowl. Here the juice will gather.
- Sift 2 cups flour into a deep bowl. Put about 2 tablespoons of flour into a small bowl from here.
- Pour 1 tsp. baking powder for dough and a pinch of salt.
- Sift through a sieve into flour 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly and set aside for now.

- Set aside a colander with cherries and pour the juice into a glass. Boil the kettle and add hot water to the juice to a full glass. Pour hot juice with water into the previously prepared mixture of butter-sugar-honey.
- Stir very carefully to dissolve sugar and honey. Pour the resulting liquid into a bowl with flour, and knead the dough with a whisk (sufficiently liquid, like pancakes).
- Now you need to prepare the cherry: pour 2 tablespoons of flour, previously set aside, into the cherry. At that time, the cherry should have drained well. Mix the cherries thoroughly with flour.
- Put the cherries in the dough and mix very carefully so as not to deform the berries.
- Grease the cake pan with vegetable oil.
- Bake for about 40 minutes (depending on the properties of the oven). In a water bath (a large pot is filled with water and standing on fire, a smaller pan is embedded in a large one so that it is partially immersed in water) or in a microwave, melt 50 g of white chocolate.
- Remove the cupcake from the mold and decorate it with white melted chocolate. Enjoy your meal!
