Step cooking
- In a deep bowl, beat 2 chicken eggs and add a small pinch of salt. Beat eggs well with a mixer.
- Then add a glass of sugar to the bowl, whilst whisking the ingredients all the way to a uniform, thick mass.
- Next, add a glass of kefir without stopping the whipping.
- Sift 1 cup flour with a sieve into a separate deep bowl.
- Also sift 1 tsp. baking powder and 3 tbsp. l cocoa powder. Mix well with a spoon. Optionally, add a little vanilla or vanilla sugar to all the ingredients.
- Pour 2 tbsp in a bowl with kefir mass. l vegetable oil.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the liquid mass, stirring constantly with a mixer until smooth so that there are no lumps.
- On a cutting board, use a knife to chop 50 g of dark chocolate into small pieces.
- Then pour the chopped chocolate into the prepared chocolate dough and mix gently with a spoon.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºС. Pour the chocolate dough into a greased and flour-sprinkled baking dish and place in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
- You can check the readiness of the product with a wooden toothpick, there should not be traces of raw dough on it. When ready, remove the cupcake from the oven and place it on the dish.
- Prepare the icing for your baking. To do this, put 15 g of butter in a deep plate, then break into pieces 50 g of white chocolate and add it to the butter. Melt these ingredients to a liquid in a water bath or microwave.
- Using a spoon, pour the chocolate cake abundantly with sweet icing. Optionally, put small pieces of softened butter on top of the glaze.
In order to diversify the taste and add a cake to the original flavor, you can add raisins, chopped walnuts to the dough or sprinkle them on top of pastries over the glaze. You can use any suitable confectionery powder or sweet syrups at your discretion. Instead of white chocolate, you can use condensed milk as your icing, your favorite jam, or you can just sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
Serving a chocolate muffin is always appropriate for tea, coffee or milk.
