Kitchen appliances and utensils:2 deep bowls (large and medium size), fork, spoon, whisk, silicone mold, a small saucepan for glaze.
Ingredients
Product | amount |
Chicken eggs | 3-4 pieces |
Cocoa | 5 tbsp. l |
Flour | 300 g |
Butter | 200 g |
Sugar | 300 g |
Sour cream | 300 g |
Baking powder | 2 tsp |
Water | 3 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- Butter is first removed from the refrigerator so that it softens at room temperature. Then 150 g of butter with a fork are thoroughly ground in a bowl with a glass (200 g) of sugar.
- We break four eggs into the butter-sugar mixture. If the eggs are large, then you can take three pieces. We mix all this mixture again, without whipping, with a fork or a whisk. It is necessary to knead until the mass acquires uniformity.
- Add 200 g of sour cream and stir again.
- We set this container aside and prepare a dry mixture of cocoa powder and baking powder. We take 300 g of flour, 3 tbsp. l cocoa and 2 tsp baking powder. Combine everything in a bowl, carefully mix until smooth. Add the dry mixture to the butter and egg and gently mix with a spoon. The result should be a thick homogeneous dough of a beautiful milk-chocolate color.
- We grease the silicone mold with oil and carefully transfer the dough into it. Leveling. The plus of the silicone mold in front of the metal one is that when ready, the baked goods are literally removed from the silicone mold itself. But the process of extraction from metal molds is more difficult.
- In the oven preheated to 180 degrees, put the future cupcake for an hour or a little longer. The form itself is soft, so putting it in the oven is better not on the wire rack, but on the baking sheet.
- While the dough is baking, prepare the icing. Put 50 g butter and 100 g sugar in a small saucepan. Pour 3 tbsp. l water. Add 2 tbsp. l with a slide of cocoa powder and mix.
- We put the saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar crystals dissolve. When the sugar has dissolved, remove the pan from the heat.
- We take out the finished cupcake from the mold and pour it with warm glaze. You can serve the dish both warm and cold. Glaze is also not an essential component of the dish. The dough turns out tasty in itself, but with a brilliant gravy on top it turns into a real masterpiece.
Did you know? The recipes always indicate the approximate baking time. How exactly your product is baked depends on the oven itself and on the baking dish. To check availability, use a toothpick or a thin wooden skewer. They carefully pierce a ready-made dough. If the product is baked inside, the dough does not stick to the toothpick.
