Step cooking
- First, grind 100 g of dark chocolate with a knife on a cutting board. You can use any chocolate to your liking.
- Sift 220 g of wheat flour into a deep bowl with a sieve. Then add 10 g of cocoa and 2 tsp to flour. baking powder.
- Add 1/3 tsp to the bowl. salt, 190 g of sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar. Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients with a spoon so that they are evenly distributed.
- Melt 150 g butter in a saucepan on a stove, then cool it at room temperature. In a separate deep bowl, beat 2 large chicken eggs and beat them with a whisk until smooth.
- In a bowl with eggs, add 170 g of milk and cooled melted butter. Then mix the liquid ingredients well with a whisk.
- Pour the liquid mass into a bowl with dry ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Add crushed chocolate to the dough and mix everything with a whisk. Do not mix the dough for a long time, it should be with small lumps.
- Place paper liners on the muffin molds. If you use metal molds, pre-grease them with vegetable oil. Fill each form with chocolate dough for 2/3 of the volume.
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C, then send the muffins to bake for 20 minutes. You can check the readiness of the products with a wooden toothpick; when pierced, it must be dry. When ready, remove the mold from the oven and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes. After that, transfer the muffins to the serving dish and enjoy amazing pastries.
