Step cooking
- We will use 125 grams of 70 percent chocolate and 60 grams of chocolate pieces. This is the same chocolate that you need to chop with a knife. You can also use chocolate sticks.
- Preheat the oven at 175 degrees. Put the chocolate in a container, send 55 grams of butter there, melt the ingredients in a water bath. You can melt the chocolate with butter and in the microwave, putting it there for 30 seconds.
- Mix melted chocolate with butter until completely dissolved and homogeneous.
- Pour 65 grams of pre-sifted flour into a separate bowl, mix with one quarter of a teaspoon of baking powder, add one pinch of salt and 30 grams of cocoa powder.
- One teaspoon of vanilla sugar is mixed with 125 grams of sugar and added to the mass of flour and cocoa powder. Mix all these ingredients, put aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat one egg to a white air mass. It can be whipped with sugar. I advise you to try both one and the other option, choose which one you like best.
- We send melted chocolate to this air mass, mix with a mixer at a slow speed until smooth.
- Now add the dry ingredients, mix thoroughly again, helping yourself with a mixer.
- Then here we put the chocolate chips, mix with a kitchen spatula, we get a mass from which we will bake cookies.
- We take out a baking sheet, cover it with parchment paper, put cookies on it. We form portions with a tablespoon, spread in the form of balls at a distance of 5-7 centimeters from each other.
- We send the cookie sheet to the preheated oven for about 13 minutes.
- Of course, they need to be watched, but in the end the cookies should seem a little as if unfinished.
- We take out a baking sheet with a treat from the oven and allow the cookies to cool. The confectionery tastes very satisfying, with liquid chocolate inside. It revealed the whole chocolate flavor, one cookie is enough for dessert. Feel free to treat your relatives, serve a chocolate product for tea.
