Ingredients
- Fresh sorrel - 200 g
- Smoked Chicken Breast - 350 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 150 g
- Carrot - 100 g
- Potato - 200 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Water - 2 L
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Step cooking
- Chop 150 g of onion.
- Pour 2 tbsp into a deep saucepan. l vegetable oil. Add chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic through the garlic press. Fry everything together over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Cut 200 g of potatoes and add it to the fried onions.
- Grate 100 g of carrots and also send it to the pan. Fry everything over low heat.
- Cut 350 g smoked brisket. Dice it and add to the total frying mass. Also add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Add 2 liters of water to the composition and bring the soup to a boil. Then reduce heat and boil for 5 minutes.
- Cut 200 g of sorrel and pour it into the pan.
- After the sorrel in the pan, add 2 previously beaten together to a homogeneous egg mass. Mix everything thoroughly, cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve to the table, adding a little sour cream.
