Ingredients
Pork (entrecote or neck) | 1.5 kg |
Onion | 3 small pieces |
Paprika | 2 tsp |
Kebab seasoning | 2.5-3 Art. l |
Salt | 1-1.5 tsp |
Step cooking
- Pre-washed under running water and dried meat is cut into pieces of the required size, commensurate with the size of the kebab.
- We clean the onion and cut into rings. If there is only large onions - it is recommended to cut in half rings.
- We spread the meat in a cauldron, add salt, paprika and seasoning for barbecue. Mix thoroughly with your hands until all seasonings rub well into the meat.
- Add onion to the meat, mix. It is recommended to take the onion a little while stirring so that it starts the juice. We leave the barbecue in the marinade for at least 5 hours. If possible, leave it for one night - the meat will be much juicier.
- We shift the meat with onions into the baking sleeve, tie it.
- We send the barbecue to the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for one hour.
- After the time has passed, it is necessary to make a longitudinal section on the sleeve so that excess liquid evaporates from the barbecue, and it is a little browned, and bake for another 35-40 minutes. Juicy and delicious kebab is ready!
Variations of serving and cooking
This recipe shows only one of the many options for cooking barbecue. So, for example, together with onions, you can add mushrooms, which will give the kebab a completely different taste. Seasonings are also a replaceable product, because the necessary paprika may not always be available. Try to cook a dish with various seasonings that only come to your mind and are on the shelf.
You can serve kebab either as an independent dish or with a side dish; baked or young potatoes will be an excellent choice as such. Also, very warm and tasty memories will be caused by serving kebab with field porridge.
